Even if i quit smoking after 8 weeks of being pregnant, can the baby still have health problems? We Answered:
you know what? don't worry about it.just focus on quitting and don't look at the past. you didn't know you were pregnant and smoking is hard to quit.
be happy you are doing a good thing by quitting for your baby.
and don't worry about if it hurts the baby or not. cuz if it does, you will feel really bad and you don't want to worry it causes stress on the baby.
everybody is different. just remember that :)

How to have healthiest baby possible? Is it luck? Predictors for baby health problems or birth defects? We Answered:
Definitely eating right and good helps with having a healthy baby. The best advice is for both future mom and dad to live a healthy life too leading up to the days of conception aka no drinking/drugs ect. Once pregnant, eating healthy foods, avoiding tuna fish, caffine, and anything else your doctor may suggest. Exercising is also key - I walked 4 miles every day for my first pregnancy, not only was it good for me, but it was good for the baby too. trying to avoid stress is also beneficial, although it's almost impossible to not get stressed here and there when you are pregnant for the first time. Take prenatal vitamins too. Just use common sense too, you can have a very healthy, happy baby. Good luck to you.Laura Said:

When is the earliest you can deliver a baby with I'the baby having limited health problems? We Answered:
Every baby is different, up until 36 weeks some babies dont have the surfactin in their lungs to enable proper breathing, others have this at 32 weeks. What I can tell you from my personal experience is that when your baby is ready, he/she will be ready. All three of my babies were early and none of them had long term issues, My son was born 1 day before 35 weeks, he was 8 lb 11 oz, and was in the nursery for 10 days, he is 9 now and has no lingering health issues, my daughter was 37 weeks, 10 lb 9 oz, and no health issues other than jaundice, and my youngest was 36 weeks and she was 9 lb 14 oz ( yes they were all huge and would have been 13 lb babies the dr figures) and had no issues at all...
I also had preterm labour and was on bedrest with my oldest two but they turned out happy and healthy, so do your best to relax, as that will help to reduce your risk of early labour, also drink lots, I know that it makes you have to go to the bathroom more often, but dehydration can actually be a cause of preterm labour... ;)
Hope this helps

Can the use of a propane heater cause health problems to a baby?We Answered:
Propane heaters must be used according to the manufacturer's certified installation instructions. Read them very carefully. If it is not used properly, it will be dangerous for everyone in the area, not just a baby.IF the manufacturer allows it to be used indoors the way you are wanting to use it, make sure you give the unit lots of air. It requires air for combustion as well as to ensure the products of combustion are vented away.
The general rule of thumb is 1 square inch per 1000 btu's of input. So if it is a 30,000 btu heater you need a fresh air supply of 30 square inches to ensure adequate burning of the propane and to allow the spent gases to escape.
Again...I can't stress enough! Read the manufacturer's operating instructions very carefully!

Did you get health problems getting pregnant soon after having a baby?We Answered:
I read that it is best to wait at least 6 mos so that your red blood cells have sufficient time to rebuild. Between pregnancy and labor you lose iron in your body and it takes time to build it back up. If you get pregnant immediatly after having a baby you have a higher chance of becomming anemic. I would ask your dr and see what he/she says about it. Best of Luck!!
