Prisoners get their health care paid for because they can not pay for it themselves,They can not pay for it themselves because they do not have any income,
The do not have any income because they do not have a job,
They do not have a job because they are in prison.
Kind of obvious really.

No, Child services cannot legally take your child away from you if you are in chronic pain. They cannot take your child away as long as you can take care of him or her. And especially if there is another adult or older teenager who can pick up the slack there should be no problem.If child services do attempt to remove your child from your custody report it immediately and get a lawyer. There are support groups who can aid you legally pro-bono.

once they start for something, usually because someone has called them to get back at you they dont stop, they hassle you and stick there noses in. The best thing to do is act all nice and say "yes" to everything they say and how they tell you to bring up your child and then when they leave carry on doing what you want to do. If she isnt on drink/ drugs and she is being a good mum then she has nothing to worry about she just needs to play there game untill they think she is what they want her to be..Deborah Said:

You didnt say what state your in... go to churches, can she get medicaid? Medicare? Every state is different so I wish you would have included that information. Maybe call an area shelter, mission or salvation army, they usually have great resources.
