In any kind of surgery there is always some risk. Have you asked your hubby if he would consider a Vasectomy, because a Tubal ligation is a much bigger procedure, and more recuperative time that if he got a Vasectomy
If he had the procedure he could get it done on Friday Am and go back to work Monday with no problem.
If he does he will need about 3 semen tests after the surgery, because there can still be live sperm in his sack. So you use protection till he gets 3 negative sperm reports, just to be sure he is now shooting wonderful blanks :)

I raised my kids after their mother moved out. I didn't get a damned dime from her ever. When they needed something she didn't have any money or time. Even when I lost my job and had to relocate, she couldn't even keep the youngest for a couple of weeks while me and the older girls moved.

I don't know where the idea originated, but a bunch of men have sure been screwed by it.

A friends kids wouldn't live with their mother, moved in with him. They went to court to reduce the support payments, and the judge not only didn't reduce the payments, but increased them!!

I have never fainted from playing the oboe, I'm 15 and have been playing the oboe for a little under a year. Sometimes you can get headaches from improper technique. I recommend getting her a private teacher to prevent common mistakes as these. This instrument is really unique and challenging, I absolutely love it! (even more than my primary instrument the flute) Because it is so unique, if she decided that she wanted to go to college to become a Music Teacher she could get a full scholarship! But that shouldn't be the reason she wants to play the oboe (but something to keep in mind). Yes, you can rent an instrument. I believe that if this is something your daughter is serious about you should let her learn it. Consult a professional oboist at a nearby college or orchestra (or private teacher) before you buy anything, even books and reeds.
