Here is some answers based on my child's behavior:
Emotional: They had learned the emotion "embarrassment" and would never ask someone how to do something ridiculously easy (i.e.. your homework)

Physical: They would get off their lazy *** and go where they need to do things (like you could do by going to the....whats that place.......LIBRARY)

Social: They had the proper social skills to interact with other people to do things (ask a teacher or classmate for help maybe?)

Intellectual: My 5 month old could do your work without trying to get other people to do it.

If you're in the Uk I suggest you contact your local college to see what courses they offer. Many colleges have on site creches for children who aren't old enough for school. Depending on your financial circumstances you may receive help with course, equipment & travel fees as well as childcare costs.
