Doctor From Pakistan want to Apply for UK Passport? We Answered:
You first need to have ILR (Indefinite leave to Remain) in UK, and for that you must live in UK for 5 years with work visa (Tier 1 is fine for that). Now your story is not matching up, you said ur husband entered UK on student visa, and then got Tier 1 ... Tier 1 is not Post Study visa, that is Tier 5 (2 years work visa after studies). Tier 1 is not issued to doctors since 1 Dec 2007, so you cannot even convert your Tier 5 into Tier 1 if you are a doctor.
Also you cannot just borrow money for maintenance funds etc, the requirement is only £800 per person for Tier 1 renewal. Its salary requirement that must be £40,000 to renew Tier 1. Both maintenance funds & salaries are checked thoroughly by authorities. Probes are made with Inland Revenue & banks to check if ur documents are genuine.
I am sorry to say that you are either mis-interpreting the legal facts or have no clue what you are talking about. I have a feeling that you are troll and question is not genuine at all, you sounds being sarcastic too asking these questions. You sure u are not some BNP supporters who want to waste other people's time.
======================================…
After getting ILR via Tier 1, to apply for UK citizenship (passport) you must live in UK for 12 months (60 days of which can be spent out of UK for holidays) from the date of issue of ILR, pay TAX, must be able to speak fluent English and know the culture & history of UK.

Why is it the 2 issues Obama was elected for (Health Care) & (end the War) have both been bumped for Bailouts? We Answered:
Obama didn't win because of his principles to begin with. He won because how terrible Republicans look and plus his race. This isn't going to shock many people and they will still adore him.

This is a list of reasons a lib wrote why he's voting Obama. Isn't there anything good?We Answered:
Your answers were very well thought out. Excellent work! Well said!In addition to being Socialists, the democrat party is a party of Lawyers. All democrats who have run for office since 1976 (except LLoyd Benson) went to law school. We all know how they get their income.
Repubs. Very few Lawyers. Bush, Cheney - businessmen. Gingrich - history professor. Dick Armey - Economist. Bill Frisch - Hear Surgeon. These are all the guys the lawyers are trying to sue.
Very, very well done!

Which country is good for immigration, australia or canada? We Answered:
I am a Canadian, 57 years old and have ancestors dating back to 1821 when we first immigrated from the British Isles. A previous answer from an Aussie suggested you were wrong on the racist bit from Australians. Perhaps she is correct, but I also think Aussies are more honest and outspoken than the average meek Canadian who is more politically correct and would only say thier true feelings about East Indians (oops...Indo-Canadians) with close friends in privacy. Canadians are just as turned off as anyone who only wants to come to our country for what our country can offer you.Pres: John F Kennedy: Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country!!
I love Canada and the multi-nation mosaic and the variety of people, and good looking women also. Where I get choked up is when people who have been here for 20 years still do not know the names of the 10 provinces, or have little or none knowledge of one of Canada's 2 official languages. They could not care less of the new country which has adopted them, but when they become sick, they demand the best care. We are forced to accommodate foreigners on so many different levels and that is why Canada is ranked on top for immigration,...certainly if you come here and get any job, you will have a better future than if you stayed in Pakistan and I dont blame anyone for not wanting a better life...but when I hear just that you want free this and free that...hmmmm ...we have free welfare if you cant find work and tons of programs mostly in the 3 largest cities, so that is where the majority of foreigners congregate. Most racism which I notice is not between regularly caucasion Canadians but with new Canadians. Indo-Canadians and Filipinos have a feud and well young Filipinos and Vietnamese. Racism occurs everywhere and I have encountered in myself while I was in Hong Kong. I was told in a lovely restaurant that this restaurand was for Chinese only.
By the way, if you are going to make the change...make a real change...you will love our nice white winters...they will make a man out of you!!

Why does it appear that people complain more about president Obama rather than when Bush was in office? We Answered:
It appears to be the opposite to methere were many more complaints and criticisms of Bush than Obama. They were much more vicious too.
Where were you form 2000-2007?
Paula Said:
Why do Conservatives insist that Obama has done nothing positive? We Answered:
Because they can not. In order to do so, they would have to give up the hatred that drives so many. And with the others, that is because they consider news sources such as FAUX to be fair and balanced!Dennis Said:
