Pa Child Support Calculations?

We Answered:

The PA support calculator is the best guess you're ever going to get. The only time the final award differs greatly is if there is something out of the ordinary, like multiple families, or one parent making much more or much less than a normal amount. See the sites below. The first is a calculator at the PA Child Support Enforcement website. The second is the detail of the guidelines used to determine support.

Are there any programs in PA that offer free health insurance if you are pregnant?

We Answered:

Yes, my fiances job doesn't offer insurance and I am in school... I live in pa too. U can go to the pa website and look for the welfare info. Sounds bad, but its not. U don't have to apply for food stamps and things. U can apply for just med assistance and it will end one year after the baby is born, then u would have to put the baby on chip or equivilant. Then there is WIC also, but u will have to see if u qualify, u may have a larger income than they accept. Ask the dr where u r gonna go they will have all the info. Good luck

PA Child support modifications?

We Answered:

Hi, I can relate to your situation so well. There is actually a website in PA that is free for child support estimation and case history. The website is www.childsupport.state.pa.us Under the General Information tab there is a support estimator. You can type in your calculations and adjust if she spends 3+ overnights with your boyfriend in addition to the health insurance. You also can register with the website under your boyfriend's PACSES number and see your case history. If the current child support amount was not an agreed upon amount and it is the full amount as stated in the state guidelines then she has the burden of proving why the current amount is not enough. Child support does not take into account SSI and cash assistance because they would rather charge the noncustodial parent more money and decrease the welfare than decreasing child support and continuing to grant welfare payments. The amount he is paying right now seems very high considering you and he have 2 children together. Also, the net income stated by the guidelines for child support is not your actual net income, it is only your gross income minus mandatory retirement and tax. Rent is not taken into consideration, though it should be. It is so one-sided... rent is taken into account for the custodial parent, but not the noncustodial parent. Please keep me informed, I can empathize with your situation!

PA's Dem Governor Already Gives Subsidized Child Health Care to People Who Earn Over $850,000?

We Answered:

The more they can give people for FREE the more votes that they buy.
People don't stop and think that FREE HEALTH CARE has to be PAID FOR by someone!!! The sheeple will NEVER understand this because they are too busy raking in the freebies to stay home and take drugs while the rest of us work.
