These chromosomal type of disorders are pretty rare, so I would certainly seek all the tests I could to verify this without doubt before I worried too much about it. I think the most difficult thing to over come is communication. Talking about things is the key to everything in a marriage. Trust, intimacy, and building a life long friendship. You need to have strong communication or your marriage wont' work.
