Normally age 18, some carriers will go longer if the child is financially supported by you.

You can go into
Pediatric nurse or doctor
You can work in the pregnancy wing of the hospital (sorry I forget what its called)
You can work in a day care (doesn't pay well though and its on the lower end of the spectrum of medical career)
You can be a prenatal surgeon! =D
You can work in a urgent care (kids get hurt or sick all the time)
