To do anything with any of what you just listed you need to mend the economy. Without ending the war and fixing taxes nothing can start.

It is important but untill the funding can be placed nothing can happen.

I think experience is the best teacher -- your experiences as a teen can help you relate... I suggest you start taking psychology classes in college and you will soon find the part of it that motivates and fascinates you and you will find your "calling". I think working with young children at this time might not be your best bet seeing as you said "bratty children" so explore the options in the field --- Good luck
