May I suggest to you Ameri Plan. They do not have any restrictions on pre-existing conditions and you can start saving immediately. There is a hospital advocacy program that assigns you a personal advocate to negotiate with doctors on your medical bills.

Medicaid is for poeple just like you in that same situation, They offer healthcare for you until you give birth then its family planning only, and they offer free health insurance for your child until they are 19 as long as your income allows. Go to the medicaid website for your state and you can apply online.

You can buy Cobra insurance for up to 18 months through your company HR dept. You could go to a low income community clinic or public health service where they will only charge you a nominal fee based on your income. If you are very low income and pregnant you might get Medicaid for pregnancy in your state. Check with your county social services.
