In many states, the non-custodial, or in your case, the Possessary Consevator, is required to carry the medical insurance. But, a percentage of the cost of the insurance is a deductible item off your child support, though I don't quite understand how they set the amount. You can do the calculation here.

i had a terrible time giving birth to my son 17 years ago my heart gave up twice , it had to be kickstarted and although at first i declared myself of having no more never ever . How true that would be because when our son was 5 we craved another but hospital advised us if i did give birth again my son would not have a mum as it would be too much on my heart so i gave up the idea of having any more and concentrated on our son instead .. he has grown up very loved , spoilt , (to a degree) and wants for nothing ..

yeah, If I make anymore, I will be moved into THAT bracket, that one you definitly dont want to be in. I already pay 30% in income taxes alone, 30% freaking percent and thats a real number thats not "oh you get some back", hell no thats what they KEEP. Why in the hell would I want to make a small amount more and move into the higher bracket which only put me at a lower NET pay?
