Healthy Habits For Kids
Jessie Said:
5 kids with narcolepsy?We Answered:
Yeah... neurologist and a sleep study to be sure. My narcolepsy didn't get bad, that I can remember, until I was 13 or 14. I did sleep in some awfully weird places though, like in hallways in high school that were not monitored at all. You might want to seriously monitor where they are at all times.Definitely take them to see some kind of health professional, though. Don't wait for it to go away.

why is it important for young kids to improve healthier eating habits and exercising? We Answered:
Ever heard this: You are what you eat? Well, it's true. If we constantly let our kids eat junk food and fat, they will become fat and sluggish and they will carry this eating habit into adulthood. Then, they will increase their risks of eating disorders, heart problems, diabeties, high cholesterol, etc...We (I include myself since I have small children) must get our children involved in excercise of all forms. Let them play outside often, get involved in sports, find some kind of hobby that would interest them. TV should be limited or saved for special occasions like 'movie night' every wk. Let your child help in preparing a menu every wk, so you can shop ahead for pre-planned, healthy meals. This will also teach them how to cook for themselves when they leave home.Roger Said:

Is cappuccino bad healthy for kids?We Answered:
It is ok to have it every once in a while, but to have it every day or every other day, that is horrible. It has WAY too much sugar in it. Also, the caffeine can be bad for your preteen kid because she/he is growning. I would say that you could make a deal with your child that one a week is enough.William Said:
