Body fat holds essential vitamins, i was wondering...?We Answered:
Well shell your research looks like it is a responsible one, My computer is throwing me fits today and I just wrote a 30 page essay on this making the same point over and over again. So I will keep it short. One thing is i would not really worry about the breast fat until you are ready to have kids and family. You are correct about the fat around the buttoks area ( i believe you are corealations are a bigger pain in my butt.)
If you can keep that area fit and everything else will just be a real joy lol.
No my only point is corelationas are tricky buggers so there is something to consider.
But the big booob thing. (I am not trying to be a male "oink" here but best not worry till you are ready for kids.)

HIP health insurance?We Answered:
If possible you should find an agent that speaks your dad's language. That way your dad will know what he is getting. Not all health plans are the same. A lot of good it would do to get a plan that cost $30 per month less but wind up costing you a $100,000 hospital charge in the future.
First off, don't be afraid of a higher deductible, especially if your dad is healthy. This will lower the premium. With a traditional copay plan you get the doctor visits and prescriptions without having to meet the deductible. You might also want to look into an HSA qualified plan.
You should ask if there are annual limitations to the policy. You should ask if what YOU want covered is actually covered in the policy. Many budget plans don't cover everything you might think that they should cover.
Don't call the insurance companies directly. Call a local independent agent that works with all the major companies. The agent can find a plan that'll fit your budget. The plans and premiums are exactly the same whether you use an agent or not but with an agent you get a local person that will answer your questions face to face if need be.

What kind of diet should I consider if I have an imbalance with my hormones? We Answered:
A healthy diet that is comprised of organic, unrefined, unprocessed, whole foods that are high in fiber, should be the mainstay of our daily diet.Sugar, bad fats, and white flour are notorious for increasing the symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
(Many physicians are seeing declining levels of progesterone in their female patients starting as early as age 30. Mainstream medicine many times does not understand the importance of progesterone, and tends to focus on progestin in the form of products such as Provera, Agest, and DepoProvera. These progesterone-like synthetic chemicals don't have all the good effects and benefits, such as stimulating bone growth and preempting osteoporosis, that you get from natural progesterone. Instead, they have many negative side effects including water retention, depression, and the increased risk of blood clots.)

Body fat holds essential vitamins, i was wondering...?We Answered:
Fat soluble vitamins are stored in the "fat" or adipose tissue which are important for the prevention of poor blood clotting, healthy skin, general growth and repair of body cells, to name a few.Yes, too much fat around the chest region can lead to heart disease. Breasts store excess saturated fat!
during and after birth, breasts produces the hormone oxytocin which helps with the formation of breast milk.
breast fat contains fat soluble vitamins like the rest of the fat cells in the body.

help please?We Answered:
This article is well-written, well-organized, and contains good definitions of the technical terms. I found it helpful, since it contained information that I didn't know about scoliosis. All the information that I was familiar with is accurate and well-presented.I especially appreciate the positive description of chiropractic medicine and its effects. It validates my personal perspective on chiropractic medicine.

In regard to my in a nursing home.?We Answered:
What state are you in? When a person is admitted to a nursing home, in NY the facility looks back 5 years on financial information. That means if you are on the bank account and it's only been 3 years, well, you're screwed. Honestly, you need to work. But if you can't, then try for SSI again. They usually deny you the first time. The thought around that is if you really need it, you'll apply again. You're mother could go into a facility that is covered by Medacaid, but I'm not sure if you have that where you are from. Honestly, talk to the facility's business office if you are unable to afford the bill. They'll help.
