No children are dying in this country due to "inept system failure." You cannot cite one example because there aren't any. This is what happens when you get your news from youtube.The government can't run anything with any degree of success. Look at Medicare, the IRS, funding for education, public housing, social security, the VA system. Give me a break.
When health care goes national, it in fact spirals right down the drain. NOBODY is going to put them through the rigors of medical school and rack up $150,000 in student loan debt so the government can decide how much they'll get paid.
This will result in the best of the best finding something else to do. Medical schools will be forced to lower their standards, training will be lax, etc. You know the rest of that story.
Universal Health Care is not "free." Taxpayers pay for it. And given the government's track record, there is no reason to believe it would be anything but a mess.
Every single person in this country has access to medical care. Hospitals that are federally funded are required to provide care for indigents. Medical schools all around the country operated satellite clinics where teaching physicians, interns and residents work.
NO ONE is denied.
If you've traveled as I have (as an RN) and seen the systems in France, England, Mexico, Jamaica and different countries in South America, you would understand why UHC does not work, will not work.
Obama has never run anything, managed anything nor has he ever had a real job. He can't practice law because he can't speak without a teleprompter. Asked a question for which he has no prepared answer, he stumbles and stutters and falls all over himself. He is not equipped to create a plan to get the trash bins out to the curb once a week, much less a plan that will serve the nation.
