Try giving the lecture in the way that you don't always give it? Make it a gentle, non-invading lecture that's not always the same screaming? Us "kids", (and you should just say "people") like anyone else, don't enjoy being screamed at, and that usually just makes us more upset and we don't even want to listen to you anymore. I have had the same dreams and have a LOT of (resourceful) ideas that cover a wide variety of things, but I live very poor.
We do have a few holistic doctors here that I learned a lot from.
I see where people, pregnant women and kids,need help that most other organizations don't even think of.
I want to move out of my town because the economy is bad but haven't figured that one out yet--when, where, how,
anyway when you are ready to start it I would be really very interested in helping out.

To get the license go to where you apply for business licenses and they have non profit forms. My state building has an office. Don't know if that would be where you would go in your town. A state Representatives office might have the forms too.
