It's possible, but many factors have to be taken into consideration, the biggest is corruption, heck it happens everywhere. But I have always supported industry that has a tactile product. People love ice cream. People will pay big bucks to ease their conscious and satisfy their sweet tooth. Look at Ben and Jerry's it's good ice cream and they put money in projects like saving the rain forest.

My cousins son had a strawberry birth mark when he was born 3 years ago it was on the side of his face , it was really noticeable ,but as he is getting older it is starting to fade ,the doctors have said if it does not fade all together he can have a laser treatment when he is older ,
But at this time try to not worry a lot and enjoy your new daughter ,make the most of her ,
We found that if we did not make a fuss over it , he thinks he is no different from any other child,
There is a lot of advice they will give you and it may not sink in at first but just listen to what they have got to say.

This situation needs to be face to face, not a lengthy letter that appears to be mainly written by the new wife, the child’s biological father needs to be able to make the case himself in front of the grandparents,

A letter from the wife, kind of makes the case against him, in support of the grandparents requirement; then you tie in the contents of the letter outlining why living with your parents would be a better living situation then living with her blood relatives in the current situation

Beware you letter can be admitted into evidence in the court hearing
