On average, I don't think that the mental heath is worsening, but rather that as our culture changes over time, what is "normal" is redefined. So I guess it all depends on your perspective. Maybe what's normal today seems unhealthy, but my thinking is that if it's normal, how can it be unhealthy (just talking about mental health, not physical)?But I do think that people are becoming more aware and menatl health problems seem more prevalent because they are talked about more.
