You are committing fraud by what you are doing. You are living with your bf who obviously has an income to which you are hiding from the state. They can actually prosecute you for it. You've gotten yourself in a mess. If you want to continue getting your benefits, then you will have to provide his info to them. Of course they are going to go after him for support. He works, he should be providing for your child, not the tax payers in your state.
