Jesus Said:

Will I be able to get my own lawyer for this?

We Answered:

You certainly can. If he doesn't make much money then you may not get more than $18.69 a week. I saw a story on CNN about a young man that had something like 10 kids and he was only ordered to pay $2.00 per month for some of the kids because he doesn't make much. Check to see if there's a legal aid society in your area or someone that will take it pro bono. We just spent about $10K for an attorney and didn't get near that when it was said and done. Sometimes the cost outweighs the benefits. Good luck.

If you had the choice to elect one of the 2 canidates below hypothetically, who would it be and why?

We Answered:

Neither, that's why America is so great, I don't have to pick the smaller pile of trash in order to vote.

Juanita Said:

In the state of VIRGINIA, what are the chances of 50 50 custody when the other parent is in florida?

We Answered:

i think your chances of getting full custody are good, especially if you weren't married to this guy. your daughter is too young to fly back and forth every month, and a court will probably take that into consideration.

Did u c these facts re 'health reform' from leftist leaning firedoglake?

We Answered:

Well, I must give them due credit. Seems those who know something about politics are less likely to buy into the DC nonsense.

Thanks for the link, DAR!

Why didn't Libhoo run this on their homepage?

We Answered:

Wow...I hear crickets! No democrats or liberals refuting this? Oh that's right - they're all googling "Alaska" and "trooper-gate."

Does Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance cover pregnant teenagers?

We Answered:

Unless you have been pregnant longer than they have had the plan, and the plan excludes preexisting conditions, you are covered. You can be covered under your parents plan until you are 23 in most states, while you are still in college. Marraige also excludes you from being eligible for coverage under your parents plan.

Point blank, your mother is being an idiot. You are pregnant, you need to see a doctor regularly to ensure the well being of you and your baby.

Since you are 17, and frankly, broke - you qualify for state aid programs for pregnant women. I'm being general there, but every state has a program.

Both BCBS (anthem and carefirst) PPO's and HMO's offer Maternity care services.

I don't think you and your mother are communicating properly. This is an important phase of your pregnancy and you need to see doctors.
