Well...sort of...ME! It basically boils down to drug addiction,whether a person decides to run away and do destructive things to themselves or to take full advantage of their parents free ride,and credit cards.It boils down to 1 simple fact...DRUG ADDICTION! It's destructive all the way around and every single drug addict has a different story to tell.Some addicts..like your brother have it pretty good..I mean in the way of having their parents money to use,their parents credit cards at their disposal and so forth.While other drugs addicts don't have that luxury..they tend to use sex as a means to obtain their drugs,while others addicts steal to obtain their drugs.You get my point? It's a nasty disease/addiction...and it destroys everyone in it's path..family members,friends everyone! And especially the addict but the addict isn't able to see anything their doing to themselves,but it's NOT that the addict doesn't really CARE what their doing to the people around them..it's the addiction that takes over.This story has nothing to do with Jared Loughner..he's just another statistic! And mentally ill! Your right when you said this "the insanity it has caused him".That statement couldn't be more correct....drug addiction plays a huge role in mental illness,and not the other way around like some might think.That's how it was for me...I've been sober/clean for 3 years now and I abused for 16 years.What a total waste of my life...I was so messed up mentally/physically,I was very aggressive towards others I ended up getting arrested for assulting 3 women.I got blessed that it was my first offense and only had to pay a fine and got a lower offense charge.Your family I hope has learned not to give your brother ANY means of financial support if he ever loses his sobriety.And I honestly hope that he recovers well and stays sober...it's a long rough road to recovery,but never impossible! Never! If I could have came this far? Then anyone can....I wish you,your brother and your entire family ALL the best.You hang in there,ok? Your brother is very blessed to have such a wonderful caring brother like you,and also a loving family also.GOD BLESS.

You should consider calling their billing department specifically and explaining that you are broke and getting sicker and sicker and the doctor did not help you. Then, ask if they will be willing to work with you and cut the payment down. Sometimes they will reduce it drastically considering your financial circumstances = broke. They want to get paid something. This worked for me previously when I was mentally ill with no health insurance and my sister called and reduced all my doctors' and hospitals bills for me. If this works, however, pay the bills off. They will usually work with you after they agree to reduce the bill by a certain % to accept monthly payments since you cannot pay off the bill all at once. Good Luck! I hope you feel well soon. It is strange none of the doctors are helping you to feel better but I don't know the whole situation.

Wow I'm so sorry. I kinda know what you feel like. my little brother is only 5 and he is not only autistic but epileptic as well! ( it means he has seizures). the first seizure he had he was fine no signs of autism at all. it was really scary. Then on top of it his learning process started going down. now hes been diagnosed with autism and has to take so much medicine it makes me want to cry.
Im not sure it will make you feel better but you can always talk to me:)
