Would help if you knew his first name so that you could look him up in the white pages in the residential section. He is retired, so he may just be listed as a resident in the white pages. May have to call directory assistance.

You can also contact the hospital closest to his practice, who may have some kind of record of his whereabouts, or any other plstc surgeon wihtin his proximity. San Diego is huge, and Tyler is a very common name. Would help to have his first name.

Add: Can try calling the State licensing board, who may be of some help.

To apply to USA medical school you just have to take:

2 years of chem
1 year of bio
1 year of physic
1 year of calculus
1 year of english

But those are just the requirement to enroll in medical school.

Once you graduate from medical school, you're a official doctor. No additional credits needed
