Willie Said:

Do ER doctors always/generally wear scrubs?

We Answered:

I interviewed at the Cleveland Clinic for residency, and all the residents wore scrubs, but the attendings generally made a nod towards dressing up. If it was a late night or overnight shift, everyone has scrubs on.

I wear scrubs unless I'm out because I haven't done laundry in forever. Then I dress up.

Jerome Said:

Has anyone been to The Cleveland Clinic?

We Answered:

The Cleveland Clinic is excellent, and it's good to get a second opinion. The best is to try for a partial and if in the operating room a radical is necessary then that trusted doctor will do what he thinks best. It's so important that you feel you can trust your doctork. Yes it's logical and necessary.

Eva Said:

Anyone work at the Cleveland Clinic main campus in Ohio?

We Answered:

I don't work there, so I'm not positive about the answer to your question. But I would think that medical staff means any medical personnel, anything from the doctors and nurses to the x-ray techs and phlebotomists. Non medical staff would be cleaners, landscapers, people who run the cafeteria. And maybe some of the office staff.

Patrick Said:

If Obama thinks doctors should be paid a flat salary, do you think lawyers should be paid a flat salary?

We Answered:

A flat salary is not a problem...many doctors are on salary. However it is a free market and they can negotiate their salary based on worth.

I think what you mean to say is a Government mandated salary ie Doctors all make 125K annually.
