Kathleen Said:

What would you do if you found out an MD KILLED YOUR LIVER?

We Answered:

The test for hepB is directly looking for the hepB surface proteins. If they aren't there, no amt of tylenol can make it look like they are there. I'd be very interested in the website that said it can. I am still a student, so I know I don't know a whole lot.

Why does my whole body hurt & where/how can I get help for it! Saw rheumatologist/pain spec./md/ortho. No help

We Answered:

Symptoms of a slipped disk in your back???

We Answered:

I don't believe that scoliosis would cause a bladder control problem. The only way I could imagine it is if nerves were pinched by the curve and therefore numbed, but that's a stretch. (I could be wrong, of course.)

See your family doctor and get referrals to whatever specialists you need (urologist?).

How do you go about finding a LLMD (Lyme Literate MD)?

We Answered:

If he is a specialist in infectious diseases then he should know.
You could always send him some information on your condition before hand so he knows that he is going to see someone who has, or has had, Lyme Disease.

Watch her breathing rate, if it is very slow (as in less than 5 breaths a minute) then take her to the emergency room. Also if she loses consciousness, then take her to the emergency room. So try to wake her up occasionally to make sure she is just asleep and not passed out.
