I would really recommend a chiropractor that specializes in extremities ( arms, legs, knees, etc.). They may really be able to help you. Also ask them if they do any muscle work or muscle balancing. It really sounds like you have some muscle instabilities that are causing this problem.

I personally do muscular work like this, and it can work wonders for conditions such as yours. In addition, make sure the chiropractor will also adjust your feet and pelvis. these can cause extra strain on your knees.

In addition, you should be able to get into the chiropractor quickly. They should be able to diagnose your condition and be able to help correct the problem ( without the use of drugs). In addition, if it is something more serious, they will be able to refer yo to the proper specialist.

Some are. Most however confuse health wants with health needs.

The US spends more on healthcare per person than any other country in the world. It has the highest child death rates of any western country. Kids die in the USA that would have had a better chance of life if born in Canada. Trust me, those dead kids are jealous as they look down upon us, they wish they had been born Canadian.

It will go away in a few days. I hit my toes all the time and have the same problem. Wait about a week and it will be gone. FYI there is nothing the doctor can do for your little toe. All they will tell you to do is to put ice on it or take an over the counter pain medicine.
