Avira is one of the free anti virus that can be 100% trusted.
On the other hand I think Spyware Doc is giving a false positive.
Personally I don't trust PC Tools because a scan by Spybot S&D of Spyware Doc found that the software itself contains spyware to report back home to head quarters !!!
you may try the free Spybot Search&Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org
To get rid of Spyware Doctor you may need to get the free Revo Uninstaller from http://www.revouninstaller.com
open the program and carefully tick all items in bold it says are in the registry and select delete.

As a warning, not all doctors are rated. For example, I just found our pediatrician on there (who is fantastic) and he didn't have a rating. If I had been searching for a pediatrician based on ratings, I would have overlooked him.

You should be able to go to the website for the Licensing of doctors in your state and get the run down on the different doctors you may be considering

Myi advice would be to ask around as to what different doctors people have used in the past and how did they feel about them. You will get a much better perspective of the doctor -- he may have a great bed side manner or he may be terrible but the best.
