All physicians have a governing body. In this case, it's the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Report this doc's indiscretions to them. They'll investigate and if they find evidence to support your claims, they'll take action.Link to their website: http://www.cpso.on.ca/

If your concerns or questions are about the quality or appropriateness of care received, you may need to speak with a College staff member in the Investigations and Resolutions Department who has experience in health care."
