Step one: buy either .org or .net domain name www.watchDoctorWhoonline.net I check godaddy and it is available. The change the name of your URL to your new domain name.

Step two: make sure your title tags, keyword, description, and H1 and H2 tags on your site all have the your key word watch Doctor Who online.

Step three: There is a ton of stuff you could do from here.... but based on the current competition.. I checked..... the top five organic listing for your key word phrase are PR1 to 3's and none of them know what they are doing so it would be fairly easy to place you on page one top 5 in 3-5 weeks. I suggest you write 1 unique article per day for the next 30 days and post it in the hundreds of article directories.. with anchor text "watch doctor who online".

Step four: Make a 2-3 minute video with the title as your keyword, and in the description (youtube) put your new http://wwww.watchDoctorWhoonline.net then 30-60 words video description. Gather the RSS of the youtube and send it to one of the many RSS aggregators...

Step five: Book mark ALL your articles, site, and youtube video.

Step six: Make similiar site as your watchDoctorWhoonline.net using free wordpress, squidoo, blogspot, and blogger.. or any others that offer a free wordpress... for the URL in all of them put in your keyword phrase watchDoctorWhoonline.....

in safe mode F8 run malwarebytes anti-malware and SUPERAntispyware,and what they find you
delete it manually. then run ccleaner to clean your pc, and mvregclean, to clean registry.
what mvregclean find you remove because the key is there but not the file ,folder or program.
even you reformat and it finds anything remove dont be afraid.
dont forget when you install this software to update them, and do an update every day
then restore until before you get infected.

The most helpful ones are www.rxlist.com or www.webmd.com but you can find info by just googling the name of the medication you are interested in. Be forwarned though, rxlist is going to be the cut and dry facts about the medication/its indications/side effects/dosages where if you just google it you may stumble onto blogs and personal information and experiences which may or may not be accurate.
