Desperate Housewives is quite similar to friends because it is girly and funny. I find Faulty Towers hysterical, and you might love it too. The only problem is that there aren't enough episodes, but you can watch them over and over again and they are still funny. Gavin and Stacey is great, but i think you have to be welsh to understand it. Family Guy is great too, if a bit crude sometimes.
If you love Friends you'll adore Ally McBeal! (unfortunately it isn't on your list). It is about a quirky lawyer who can't seem to find the right man. It'll make you laugh, cry and grin; i know it did to me! Plus there are loads of celebrity singers on it they'll make you itch to start dancing. The best series i think is number 4, but you should watch them in order.
