it is regional locked so wii games from the UK wont play in the wii US and on top of that UK uses a pal which is for DVD, video game consoles that stuff and US uses ntcs which means you cant go on e bay and but it because it wont play unless it is ntcs over all no you cant play it sorry i fell your pain living in Australia they don't release stuff here either but it might be released in America.

A number of "Classic Series" Doctor Who episodes are on DVD (you can get them from most retailers and from BBC America; there is also a very good online Who memorabilia store called Who North America [link below] that stocks them plus the BBC Audio [soundtrack recordings of the otherwise lost early episodes and recent BBC Radio productions, and soundtrack music CDs] and Big Finish Productions audio books [yes, these feature series cast members and are officially authorized by the BBC]).

A number of fan produced re-creations of the lost episodes are avaliable from Loose Cannon Productions (link below; these are free--their site will fill you in on how to get them).
