There is no definitive answer as there are too many factors to consider. Generally speaking;
there are 2 types of damages that can be claimed. “General damages” which compensate for the “pain, suffering and loss of amenity”, which in many cases forms the largest part of the compensation. And there is “Special damages” which represent financial losses as a direct result of the accident. You should be compensated for any losses you have so far incurred and any future earnings which you may lose as a result of waiting for your injuries to heal. Each separate injury has a monetary value to it (i don't know what they are). You could possibly be seen by 2 sets of consultant Doctors, those acting on behalf of the third party insurers and the those that have been nominated by your lawyer.

I am appalled by this story, it's almost unrealistic! I feel really bad for you, but I think you're being a bit ambitious in your case to get money from the hospital. Did you really have a contract with atlantic, and surely you can still sing, or play whatever you did before the accident?
In any case, I think this is a bit too serious an issue for YA! .I suggest you speak to a lawyer and see what he says. I'd be interested to see how it goes.

Apparantly the intelligence services knew that an attack was planned 2 years before September 11th. It wasn't acted on because they simply didn't believe it was possible.

The other angle is that the U.S. knew it was going to happen but let it happen so that they could insist on tighter controls and as a premise for going to war.

Certain officials were told not to fly on September 11th, so somebody knew something.

a mistake is a mistake.....dunt ever try to justify urself and *** out...then ull tend again to steal...according to me...the person who has commited a mistake has to face the punishment...surrender urself to the police...u can get a low sentence of 6 months....dunt try to justify using a laywer....u will change urself after u retreive ur punishment.......

my GP introduced me to a wonderful counsellor, you did not say wether you're GP was able to help or not, if he/she is then its a good idea to go with who they suggest, often the counsellor will visit the surgery for the appointment which is convenient
