the doctor determines your due date by how the baby looks in the 1st ultrasound. then later you have a ultrasound around 16- 20 weeks that the doctor take measurements of the baby to confirm the due date is correct. i wouldn't worry about the due date, babies come whenever they want. just make sure you are ready for the baby a month before your due.
