If you don't have Ask-A-Nurse, call a local hospital and ask if they have a referral for Japanese speaking physicians. They may direct you to something similar to Ask-A-Nurse. Some large practices will pay for an interpreter. It is done over the telephone with the patient and the doctor in the same room. It is via speaker phone.
