I am not from your area, so I do not know of any doctors there. However, I am curious about the school's recommendation for blood work to confirm an autism diagnosis. As far as I know, there is no medical test for autism. Autism is diagnosed by observation of behaviors and developmental history. Doctors often do diagnose autism, but again, I believe it is from behaviors. Perhaps a psychologist may be able to confirm the diagnosis (autism is listed in the DSM - Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, from the American Psychological Association).

All people have 23 sets of 2 chromosomes the 23rd one states ones sex, a woman can only give an x chromosome and a man can give an x or y, a y is male child. On the side of conception however female sperm live longer in the vagina than male sperm. If one is to concieve a male child they must be sure that no sperm is in the vagina at the time of ovulation or a female sperm will get there first. The only way to be sure of this is to not have sex 1 week before ovulation(14 days after the first day of bleeding) and as close to the 14 day limit as possible after the 14 days. Best wishes

If you need blood work who cares if a monkey takes it, just get it done.If you needed a heart transplant in 12 hours or you'd die, would you wait for the next male doc that has no experience or take the top heart surgeon who happens to be female? If your that caught up on it close your eyes you ll never know the difference and the needles not going to tell anyone!

based on the website there is no cure for the disease and all they do is manage the pain. but i dont believe that is ever an answer, i have a suggestion if your friend is willing to listen. you need to check out www.mysuccessmagnet.com and then call me at 1-877-LIFE-711. i can put you in touch with doctors and nurses that can give you valuable information and guidence.

I too am on methadone. I go to a clinic. Are there any methadone clinics around you. Check it out. Taking suboxone when methadone is still in your system will cause you to go through instant withdrawl. I know I tried it. You need to get methadone quick. When you are prego and detoxing and you cramp up in the stomach your baby can lose oxygen.I was put on methadone to come off heroin and I too was prego. Good Luck.
