Doctors without Borders is a wonderful organization so go for it. They help people in almost any nation they can get to. We have plenty of doctors here and plenty of money available for babies here compared to many, many other countries. Just because a baby isn't born here is no reason to hang your head.
Feel good about yourself for caring about other people instead of only looking at home. Anything less is pure selfishness.

Don't worry, Christians are always among the first to respond! Most of those there BEFORE the earthquake were Christian missions. TBN had built a hospital and was involved with the care of orphans and the feeding of children in Haiti. Jan Crouch did massive amounts of charity work for the children of Haiti. I know they will be there to help. A good organization and one of the first responders in any crises is Samaritans Purse. This is run by Franklin Graham who does wonderful work all over the world. If this is an attempt to insult Christians, you must remember that we are the ones who created soup kitchens, homeless shelters, charities like the Salvation Army, medical care to the poor, halfway houses, food banks, hospitals for children, orphanages. I can assure you that our churches will be in action giving massive amounts of relief to the poor and afflicted in this nation....as always! We have nothing to be ashamed of in the area of humanitarian aid and charitable giving! I plan on giving to Samaritan's Purse today who will use every penny for the purpose it was intended. Peace!

Doctors without borders are there, and so is their field hospital. True, the plane carrying the hospital was delayed one day, but to the best of my knowledge Obama was not personally operating Air Traffic Control at that time. I'm a Republican, but there comes a point when hitting on POTUS is just plain treachery.
