You "heard" that Duke is "the best" university for medicine? You should do a lot more research than that... it's a much more complicated question than you think!

At any rate, you'll need to do an undergrad degree before entering medical school - and it won't matter where you do it, as long as it is a solid, reputable 4 year college or university. Then, when you're in the latter stages of that degree, you can start to look at medical schools that might work for you... but be prepared to spend a minimum of eight years at university!

Colleges don't care that much about DoE.It's not part of the entry requirements, unlike good GCSE grades.
