They're going about this all wrong.In New YOrk and New Jersey, for starters, there are exact rates for each and every code billed for medical care-
that I know of, only with regard to No-Fault and Workers Compensation.
Now, these companies that don't want to pay for different amounts need to institute legislation in your state, doing the same for regular insurance.
Putting this on the consumer is disgusting.
