Try you local department of health website they give credentials like where they went to school and any disciplinary actions for free. You could also try www.wellness.com

I just found out my doctor went to a medical school that does not require a bachelors degree in The Caribbean! I knew there was something wrong with him~ Good luck

Some spyware/crimeware programs are very difficult to remove, they will have files that protect each other from deletion, an entry in the Registry that a file won't allow to be deleted, and files elsewhere to resupply the ones deleted by the anti-spyware.

Make sure you get updates every day of the spyware doctor.

You can boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 while the computer is booting, then try running Spyware Doctor and see if it is successful at removing those infections.
