Most of the time high blood pressure doesn't have any symptoms. In Australia, many pharmacies have blood pressure machines you can use for free, but I don't know about other countries. Most of the time, high blood pressure on its own isn't a problem most people in their 20's have, though diabetics are at more of a risk.

I definitely wouldn't rule out high blood pressure, but those symptoms are general enough to be from other things. They might not even be connected.

Have you had your eyes checked recently? Blurred vision and headaches (which could also spread to the neck) can be caused from eye problems, or simply staring at a computer too long.

Maybe a virus, even? That could cause long lasting fatigue...

And there is a posibility of chest pains being caused by heartburn.

I really think it is best to see a doctor though, because ...
a) I doubt it is going to fix itself any time soon if its been going on for a couple of months
b) chest pains should always be checked out, in case you have heart probs
c) we can't diagnose anything over a computer, let alone prescribe any meds
d) it seems to be getting worse. (you are getting more symptoms)

I present to you a lovely medical self-healing hypnosis which I recently purchased for $13.57. There are two discs and the first one gives you a brief history with frequently asked questions and information. Did you know that any hypnosis is actually self-hypnosis (also called auto-hypnosis)? That's why you can't hypnotize someone that doesn't want to be hypnotized.

Hypnosis is a state of altered consciousness where the person is in a state of extreme suggestibility, when I do some of the hypnosis exercises I'll be sitting in Buddha style full lotus but consciousness kind of leaves you. I wonder what I look like? It's like sleeping, if you were having trouble sleeping and you did this lying down you'd be out like a sack of potatoes or whatever aha.

I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen, or if I was in a dream-like state between waking consciousness and sleeping, but I was still sitting upright but I began to have visions of running through mine and my neighbor's yard. Then I returned to normal consciousness at the end of the exercise, and a few minutes later I had another memory from childhood in a sort of vision.

No, you only need to do the gluten free diet if you have Celiac disease. They say that with your type of colitis you should get checked out to see if you have celiac disease because it might be the cause. But if you had the blood test done to check for the antibodies and it was negative, or if you have an endoscopy performed and the doc checked out your small intestine for signs of Celiac and you didn't have any, then you definitely don't have to go on the gluten free diet. If you're having problems with your colitis and the medicine your doc prescribes isn't working for you, I'd recommend trying acupuncture or energy work. Those two methods are more effective in treating my colitis than the medicine. Good luck!
