check medical journals for openings and apply to them. be careful because it is somewhat of a monarchy here so they can force you do have certain accreditation that you could only get in dubai. all new doctors as of last week must be certified by "health care city". but there is lots of growth so it should be fairly easy

There are a few Psych clinics / offices on Dhyafah Road in Dubai , which is not far from Al-Tayer motors on SZR, around 10 minutes.
However I did not find them listed in the phone book, yet I found these other ones in the other part of town (Deira) & Sharjah.
