OH SO DID I! That stuff is absolutely horrible. It made me hallucinate. I was actually talking to people that weren’t really there. I hope somebody does something about that drug.

Not specifically about lawsuits, but they are required to warn patients about the risks of the medication. Any doctor who cares about covering his butt will inform the patient that there are risks associated with the medication and will identify the risks asserted in the lawsuits. Whether the doctor will specifically refer to the lawsuits is another matter.

yes it would. Tort reform would solve the problem but no one ever wants to talk about. It would mean less money for the trial lawyers.
