Try not to feel uncomfortable asking for birth control. Its not just for stopping you from getting pregnant. It helps with break outs and makes your periods lighter usually and also gets you on a regular schedule. Just say its for that if they question you why you want to go on it.

Also it never made me gain any weight at all.. Im on tricyclen-lo. The doctor just prescribed it to me, I never got to choose.

There is a known bug in the Chkdsk utility. Microsoft has been aware of it in XP but has not done anything about it. In order to run chkdsk, you need to run it from Recovery Console. If you have the XP installation CD, the instructions are below (if you do NOT have the XP installation CD, there is an anti spyware utility out there called ComboFix that actually puts in Recovery Console before it scans for malware)

Once you get into Recovery Console, it will ask you to choose which windows installation you want to access. Usually there is only 1, so type the number 1 and press enter. It more than likely will ask you for the administrator password. If you log into your PC with a password, use that (assuming you are the administrator of your computer). Some administrator passwords are blank, so just press enter. Once into Recovery Console, type
CHKDSK /R
it takes a while to run, so just leave it alone while it scans and repairs.

To install the Recovery Console, follow these steps:
Insert the Windows XP CD into the CD-ROM drive while Windows is running

Click Start, and then click Run.

In the Open box, type d:i386winnt32.exe /cmdcons where d is the drive letter for the CD-ROM drive (use whatever letter your CD-ROM drive and substitute it for d)

A Windows Setup Dialog Box appears. The Windows Setup Dialog Box describes the Recovery Console option. To confirm the installation, click Yes.

Restart the computer. The next time that you start your computer, "Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" appears on the startup menu. Select that choice to go into Recovery Console

I think you have covered quite a lot already but after getting a few clients word of mouth will help. You could also try asking your local hospital if you could put a flyer up on the notice board that is usually in the corridor at the entrance to the wards, especially 'ortho and surgical wards where people after being discharged often are unable to walk very far. Do you have a free local paper in your area? Where I am we often get flyers for local businesses inside this when delivered. Sometimes people just toss aside leaflets through their door but if relaxing when reading the paper could be more likely to take notice. Also have you thought about flyers in local Travel Agents? Often neighbours don't mind feeding an animal but perhaps if elderly are too keen to walk the dog.
Only thing I think a pity is that you are unable to house a pet or two as in all honesty I think you would get more business doing that. I know this is what I would want for my dog, the personal touch rather than he was put in kennels. Best of luck.

Just put it on auction on eBay, and put a reserve on it. It's your best chance to get most out of it. I think you should easily get your 50 quid for it.
