We know that women who stopped progesterone felt great for a few months and then suddenly, after progesterone stores had washed from the body, the disease would flare back up.

Most women with endometriosis remain on progesterone cream for maintenance and pain control, and adjust their dose when necessary, increasing when indicated such as in times of stress.

No, not really. If any doctor was stupid enough to advertise online that he would give out unnecessary prescriptions, it would be far to easy for the FDA, DEA, and/or police to find and arrest him.
If you found a website that gave out prescriptions that didn't require you to get the prescription from a doctor that you saw in person, it's likely a scam that either won't send you the pills they say they will or they will be shut down and prosecuted (including any/all their customers). It's not worth the risk.

There are online pharmacies, but NEVER use them. You do not know if the medication you are getting is the correct one, or the correct dosing. In addition its illegal too.
The best thing to do is to see if there is a free or discounted clinic in your area. Get the doctor there to write you a prescription. Then contact the drug manufactuers and see if they have a program to help you get your medications for free or nearly free.

Those sites are not legit, at least here in America. Narcotic painkillers like vicodin are controlled substances, which means that there are stricter rules about how you get them. You have to have a prescription from your doctor, from a tamper proof Rx pad, and there are limits to how much you can receive at one time.

If you really have a slipped disk or something similar, the only treatment is to see a doctor about surgery or other permanent treatments. Pain killers might take away some of the pain, but they won't fix the injury to your back.

If you need it so bad...why don't you go to the doctor and have him diagnose you and prescribe that to you IF you in fact need it. I have no issues with physical pharmacies based in places like Canada and most of western Europe. Those are probably safe.
