I would go to your obgyn. It could be PID, could be cystic ovaries, you'll probably need an ultrasound to check the area out. You really should get it check asap, it could be sometime truly serious, or it might not be. I know this isn't the answer you really want, I would want to know right now. But go to the doctor asap. Tell them when you make an appt. your exact symptoms, and that they need to get you in right away, don't let them tell you they can't see you for 2 weeks or something, they can squeeze you in. Buying from those on-line places is risky at best. I've also been in a pain management program for several years due to a spine injury and I've seen several people at the clinic that have either lost their money or got out of date meds from other countries.

I wouldn't trust any of those places. Just take you medical records to a new doctor. There is a doctor locator on http://webmd.com

you cant get narcotic pain killers legally anywhere online without a valid prescription from a real doctor (the sites that say "just give us your info and a doc will write a valid Rx" dont actually give you a valid Rx)

Most of the online pharmacies are
scams.

The best thing is to actually visit a
real doctor, in person, so they can
determine the best treatment.

Usually, they prescribe plenty of meds
for a month. Some of them will require
monthly visits with semi-annual bloodwork,
and some may even write a couple
of refills. It takes time here to get
established with a pm clinic, and
patients are subject to random blood
or urine tests.

A legitimate pain clinic may even
be able to cure your shoulder pain.
