That site has been around quite awhile and we never hear of complaints , so they must be doing their job right.

Just be sure to get a contact prescription from your Dr. that includes the brand name of the lenses, the powers, and base curve you require. Then only order what your prescription says.

As far as I know it is safe to rate a doctor or a psychologist online anonymously. On RateMDs I think they have a feature where you can do it anonymously. I am not sure about some of the other sites where one can rate doctors.
