Some doctors take reviews into consideration so that they wouldn't get into trouble with other patients that will write bad reviews about their work that they did with them. If this happened, the boss of the doctor would probably view him as a bad worker, and probably would give him a stern warning and a slap on the wrist so that they will understand and better themselves for the sake of the place they are working at. A bad reputation for a doctor can impact it's working facility in a whole by the boss of the whole complex allowing this behavior to continue on. Even though there is consequences for having a bad doctor and not caring about what their reputation is like, they may not give a care about your comment against them.
