I don't know how costly it is to talk to an online doctor, but here's a link to such service (below).

As for the soap...anybody who eats non-nutritive and non-food substances has a case of pica--which is simply eating such things like paper, wood, soap, etc. I would be afraid of toxins accumulating in this person if they eat it too much but I doubt a little bit will cause anything more than an upset stomach or something mild.

There are some doctors on line now giving "ANSWERS." Most active, practicing doctors will not spend or have the time to do on-line consultation. Maybe, some retired ones are on-line. They prefer to be able to quickly see and talk to and examine any person in need of direction.
