It depends in which country. Some countries are easier than others. I live in Canada and getting a foreign license recognized here is a hard and long process. I don't know for Mexicans specifically, but most foreign physicians end up having to start over their studies or they find a different job.

You should check if Mexico has any agreement with other countries where they recognize each others' certifications and see if you are interested in those countries where you can work easily.
