Would my 2.5 yr old and 18 month old relize who got more?We Answered:
Honestly I dont think theyll notice... My daughter can count (and has been for a while) ... But I dont see her counting her presents. The only thing with getting a lot of toys is they get soooo overwhelmed with them- they get bored with opening the presents. And some toys it may be a while before they actually get played with. My daughter just had her birthday. She doesnt really need any toys- they have a playroom FULL. But we still bought her TONS of toys, plus took her to the toy store and got her some more! She's played with them all and so has her brother. So they aren't going to waste. But we had to honesstly re-arrange the whole room to fit the toys... And that doesnt even include the gifts theyll get this weekend at their bday party. And her brothers toys he'll be getting on his bday. And honestly by the time she got to the 5th toys, so was tired of opening the presents. So helped with all the other ones...I think as parents (myself included)- we get soooo excited about them having certain toys when a lot of times...we end up buying them tons. When they can easily stay entertained for hours with common household items. To answer your question though.. I don't think they will notice.

What did you get your toddler for Xmas?We Answered:
I'm not completely sure as we haven't even come close to finishing. We're dropping her off at the sitter in a couple of hours so we can go do some shopping :)So far, we have a Barbie Jeep Power Wheels. I'm questioning the sanity of this purchase, but my husband said he loved his power wheels and I know she will love it. I just don't know if she should be "driving" something that goes 5 miles an hour. I've also bought some legos, lacing cards, a my little pony salon set, and some stocking stuffer stuff. She's almost 3.
She'll probably get some puzzles, books, and who knows what else. My mom wanted to buy her a drum set but I put my foot down. LOL. She'll get plenty but not too much else from us because her grandparents (both sides) buy tons of stuff for her.
