I am not saying that you are or are not pregnant but to make sure you should buy a pregnancy test. It is better to know then not to know. How I would do it is take the test and then put it on the counter. Don't look at it until you are ready to see it.But even though you are 23 your breasts are always growing. So they will get sore sometimes before and after your period. Also, I get post menstrual cramps occasionally and i have consulted with my OBGYN about this. She said it was normal but if I would like it to be regulated then I should be put on birth control.

Vicks Baby Rub can be helpful when rubbed on his chest. Also, try using a humidifier. You can even get a Vicks humidifier liquid that makes the mist smell like Vicks. By the way, Vicks is a Eucalyptus product.Hope that helps!
