your cover letter is too generic. What skills? what is great about your personality. Don't say that then put the information down again in another paragraph down the page. That's redundant! Your 3rd paragraph is too long. I would have quit reading long before I got to it.
Finally, don't leave it to the employer to call you, tell him you will be contacting him.

It's pretty good. My crtique would be the way you worded things. An employer is looking for someone who is confident and they want to be certain that you would be suitable for the job. Instead of supposing you are a good fit, cut that out completely. Just be straightforward with what you can do and don't stress. You should get rid of "I believe". Know that you are a good fit and provide better examples. It sounds naive with the repeated phrase. I hope that helps.
